Information needed to feel like entertainment.

A real estate agent approached me with a clear goal: create informational content that could capture attention while strengthening her credibility and trust with potential clients.

Standard educational videos were not enough. The content needed to be useful, but it also needed tension, personality, movement, and a reason for viewers to keep watching.

The solution became Fraud Files—an original episodic show centered on the scams, warning signs, and schemes people encounter in real estate.

The Creative Idea

Make every scam feel like a case viewers need to solve.

Each episode follows one scheme, moves quickly, delivers practical information, and resolves with clear guidance—all in under four minutes.

My Role
